Yes. Indeed it is.
The deal was sweet on the tube sites as is. You are not going to be able to get bulk content for the price I am wrapping up a CMS in the tube hybrid, PLUS a design, PLUS css/html and installation, PLUS billing integration, along with site installation and set up for $5000.00.
Much less added months of content goodies on top of that shit.
