I cant emagine living in the city, or a dense area where you actually have to pick it up whether on your property or not. Just different situation here in Indiana.

I live in the city and backyards are pretty small, of course depending on what area of the city...anyways my old neighbors had 3 dogs. two great danes and a jack russell. They walked the dogs occaisionally but the dogs always pissed/shit in their backyard. The grass was totally dead. The backyard smelled something aweful and they even put down new sod ever year. I think its pretty cruel to treat animals like that, especially big dogs who need to run.
