When one of their patients gets sicker and/or dies, the families of the sick/dead patient should be able to sue that healthcare worker for recklessness endangerment and a bunch of other shit. Oh, and since it was a personal decision of the healthcare worker, their malpractice insurance should not cover it. Personal liability all of the way.
