This is not new.. another popular script you can run yourself is ClickHeat: http://www.labsmedia.com/clickheat/index.html

It is valuable if your building a tour and want to know the click path people are taking... or what terms people are clicking on the most..

But if you've been doing this for awhile, then it's a no brainer that your most clicked terms will ALWAYS be in the top left of a website.
