I set it up using the A feature, but half the people I speak to dont see it they are seeing the 'Index Of/' page. I spoke with Jago, but didnt hear back. I think I might have to delete the A and use CNAME instead

Nope, only checks, wire transfers and epassporte, just Sign Up and you can apply for an epassporte card directly from your affiliate account. Let me know if you need any other info or support with the tool.
