You will have to deal with a lot of technical customer service issues with DRM. If people can't view the videos they will do a chargeback, if they find it inconvenient they will cancel.

Customer satisfaction is directly related to your success, it's one thing if they hate it because they can't download the video, it's another if they hate it because it's a frustrating POS system that doesn't work for them.
