I've noticed this seems to be the case with more affiliates than I ever would have guessed. CCBill had not yet implemented their cascade at the time and it seemed like Epoch would offer affiliates better functionality.
Can I ask why the switch to Epoch made you not want to promote SpookyCash any more?
