Those ads are intense so much so one of the first producers of such ads mentioned he spent I think it was 60 hours yep something like 60 hours to come up with the first 10-15 seconds opening script.

To date nothing that comes out of your head and posted here can be taken with any validity until you explain all of your past lies, inconsistencies, and shit you were caught up in and called out on. So there is no take it or leave it when it comes to what you post. It all has to come with more than an ounce of skepticism and you only did that to yourself.
As for the ads some are intense, others are so freewheeling ad lib takes that it makes a Robin Williams stand up routine look scripted. Many often have the basics for the ad done in minutes not hours. I would of course never assume and group them all into one category or the other.
Back to the line - if you think about it. Of course it is always easy to go back at look at anything that took off and say ah ha that is one of the things that did it. It in no way shows that it was pre planned. So calling it a no brainer again is more of less just assuming and with no brain.
