The issue with the dating site is not just getting billing, but using a billing company that can support the dating site business model.
Neither CCBill nor Epoch could provide a solution that would support billing through NATS. They can bill the customer, but to switch between different billing levels and options, neither of them were much help.
Trying to integrate with a merchant account now. Seems to be the only way to do it that I have found.
