If I put a cake in a box, is it still a cake? You can't eat it without opening the box.
Yes, it's still a cake. It's a cake in a fucking box. Porn in a zip file is porn - in a zip file.
This question actually covers a huge class of "legal" questions and arguments made
by people who have no idea how the legal system works. What many people don't
realize is that judges and juries possess a brain. 99% of the time, that brain has some
common sense. Trying to get tricky with semantics will normally only get you a heavier
sentence because you're annoying. Most judges know what the law basically says -
they don't care about the exact wording. You see these ridiculous claims by people like
the dorks trying to tell you that you don't have to pay income tax because one part of
the law says uses the word "person" and another part uses some other word. So what,
the law is perfectly clear to anyone with any common sense - the law says that you
have to pay your taxes.
Let's look at it another way. Let's say you posted saying I stole your money.
I deny it. There's drama, then finally I say "I didn't steal your money, I stole your
wallet, which had money your money in it.". I still stole your money, right? Anybody
with more than two brain cells knows that if I steal your wallet, and your money
is in your wallet, I stole your money. Same thing with porn - if you send porn in
a box, porn in a bag, porn in a zip file, or porn in a rar file, you're sending porn.
