A reputation feature

I think it would be quite interesting, especially on a board like this to have a reputation system. Each person can build up a positive or negative repputation.

Reputation points: Gained from
- Every X posts (1000 for example)
- Given by other people (check Rep Power below
- Given on the time being here. For example every 1 year.
- Activity

Reputation Power:
- Every X reputation points = 1 Rep Power
Rep power would allow you to give reputation to other posters. If your rep power is 4 for example, you are allowed to give away 4 reputation a day.

There is no real use of the rep power, except building up either a very positive or negative reputation on the board. Additionally, you could get some extra features up for people with X reputation points or power; like an "elite" forum section, or just anything that new randoms shouldn't be seeing - Like the best deals, promotions, and so on. Also, you could get some kind of shout or chatbox up at the top of the forum for those who have a good standing, and make it invisible for people who don't

We have this system running on another popular community board, and it's really awesome!
