So, how about we see some photos of these wonderful $130 ounces - surely there has to be a sign, right, in the dispensary, pointing at a jar of buds, saying "$130 oz".
And if the $130 ounce is the expensive one, lets see the photos of the comparitively cheap $100 ounce.
Maybe I'm completely wrong, and the prices in the dispensaries are a quarter of what they are in the black market. Lets hear it from the dispensary buyers - show us your $130 ounces.

A lot is just whom you ask. Remember how most of the laws were written. Many places work like a CSA farm (I think that is the correct initials, where a farm splits up the crop into owner shares. You are paying for your chunk of the land). Aside from the CSA/caregiver aspect you also have some places where it is either heavily discounted or free of charge based on the patient. Yes sometimes cash paying buyers subsidize very low income sick people.
A major example in CA is that (outside of LA at least), you can just pay production value plus a small surcharge to your caregiver (assigned grower). You also have many offsetting any additional costs by working at the club doing their share of volunteer work.
No matter how you get there 130 would not be uncommon. I am not a know all, be all authority on this crap. I just was very involved, ran a co-op for some time or up until I was brought down by the government.
