You will find that there aren't many sites that allow you to submit your galleries for free any more. You should try to get some decent partner accounts if you want to do submitting - but it's a tough game and you need to know exactly what you're doing to convert in this area. Anyone with good quality traffic will be monetizing it themselves or charging for submits. You could check out
