i would also suggest couples workshops ... host a night where an "expert" helps couples learn about what DVD lines they would be into, how to pick a toy for them to use to spice up their life, and offer a couples discount on anything bought that night.
i would also highly suggest carrying a bunch of "fun stuff" like offensive/funny/naughty tshirts, naughty/erotic books, silly candy, lingere, etc ... and put it in the front. makes it less "scary" and eventually the customers will wander back to the harder stuff.
and i agree on the bachlorette stuff ..
