Good morning Rowan, sorry about that confusion you had. Your new server was released to you before our accounting girls even got you all entered in the system so your new server was not even being recognized as a valid customer. Everything is all straightened out now, and in fact I just saw your 1st ticket come in. It is being fixed right now and you will get a status (completed) in just a few moments.
