Here is an example, i dont know if this is still the law or not.
6-8 years ago i knew a few people shooting out there, they would shoot, straight away rip the tapes, destroy the tapes and then process/upload the content and delete it from their computers.
You got caught shooting back then it was straight to jail, do not pass go etc
