BAD ADVICE. DO NOT DO THIS.
Having a Thai company and a work permit and the requisite amount of Thais working for you makes you liable to random visits by Inspectors to make sure that these jobs do exist and that the named people are doing the specific work stated on their employment contracts at the places and times they are supposed to be doing it at.
However, sitting in Thailand remotely working in another country is not against any actual current Thai Law, but is also not something you should walk around the street with a large banner announcing, as who knows how long until it will be.
