this will be my first attempt at muay thai, my friend however been doing it for some time and Id really like to learn.. since being a webmaster I have put on some weight, over the last year I been running everyday and doing ALOT better, just stepping up my game now.
in pattaya .. we'll be at scorpion gym/rmb gym and maybe sityodtong for a day or two.
