If she won't sign just wait the 4 days, or let one of her BF's get her out.
Seriously it probably won't be worth the trouble you will end up having to deal with this. Let one of her BF's get her out, and just tell her later how you tried to help her, blah blah, and go back to driving her again.
You should be looking for another girl now though in case shes too scared to go back to work after.
