The issue is it is not possible to reactive just some old CCBill accounts. The program would have to either have
all of the old CCBill links stop forwarding to Epoch or keep the current set-up where
all the old CCBill accounts' links are credited by Epoch. As Epoch as been the current option since 2007, if people have moved or changed their names, then that info will be current in Epoch and not in CCBill. Plus, I got so many complaints about CCBill, being a CCBill-only program, that I really thought all of SpookyCash's affiliates were going to be completely thrilled to be on the new Epoch cascade. But that has not turned out to be completely the case at all. So I don't want to make another change that affiliates won't have a choice on, based on what I know of some affiliates' preferences. So I think the best option is to give affiliates a choice of how they prefer to promote. Running two concurrent systems will be a bit of a pain, but hopefully it will make all SpookyCash affiliates happy, and not just those who like Epoch or just those who like CCBill.
