I'd rather compare it with feedwordpress or wp-o-matic. CyberSyn works similar but doesn't crash WP database like wp-o-matic and doesn't strip affiliate codes from the feed URL's like feedwordpress. Also it easily syndicates RSS feeds with embedded video.
