It is hard to pass up the store rotisserie chickens. They are like 4.99 to 5.99 here and often have either coupons for sides at the deli or buy 1 get 1 free days.
Only issue is they come in limited flavors, but fuck if you need cooked chicken meat and do not want to waste an hour or so cooking time. It is a no brainer.
The stuff is great for ripping into enchiladas, taco's, etc. We always do the buy 1 get 1 free deal any time we see it because it is that good. Even if we did not plan on eating chicken that night. We will just put aside and shred it.
