I have had my account locked twice, both times opened right back up. Also am positive damn near every story about people bitching how they fucked them clearly broke their TOS in a major way - ebay purchases withstanding as they can fall either direction and a seller ALWAYS should buy insurance no matter what a buyer selects or pays for.

BTW I have had my account unfrozen after hours on the weekend. Rarely is it an issue that even takes 24 hours.
