Well, I was able to answer my own question about showing BLA ads to Chinese, Russian, Czech, etc. users. Unlike what I was told elsewhere, it doesn't work. The ads shown are the "Advertise here" non-ads, probably because advertisers don't want to pay for Chinese impressions (which I understand).
Do you guys do anything with Chinese traffic to divert or get rid of it, or do you just ignore it and figure the Great Firewall will find you and block you at some point, saving the bandwidth then?
