you seem to have put in as much time as I have or more on this. The domains that have links to my new .biz sites all have april 23rd freshdate.But I do not think google has calculated pr for this guys .biz domains yet, they are technically not even in the index yet if you search for the domain itself it comes up "no information on this domain"

Unless of course he has another way in that we have not figured out.
