XFCE.
I've never really like KDE but I gave it a fair chance for about a year, doing a lot of personal development with KDevelop and Qt.
I'd switch back and forth between all of the WMs but XFCE was always my favorite. Someone else mentioned icewm which is a good very lightweight WM but XFCE is a good compromise between lightweight WM and the popular (bloated?) WMs.
