I contacted him a couple weeks ago to at least link the "download this video" link to my sites, and after the runaround he still hasn't fixed it.
But there are plenty that don't bother with using my player, and have one banner on the page for me and then popover ads on the player.
Whatever, this whole thing is frustrating and I didn't want to have to police it like this, but looks like I'm going to have to.

Instead of blocking or banning them.... Figure out how you can make a default trailer play on the affiliates traffic, heavily promoting your Websites. Give the surfers direct instructions; big arrow pointing up, enter the url whatever.com then press enter, and brand yourself of course.
Let the affiliate keep the account, if you get a sale, sweet. Otherwise, it's free traffic/branding, probably as long as you never say anything to them.
