Responses to emails within, you know, a business week would be nice. Not disappearing 2 minutes into a conversation about rates would be great. The ability to answer simple fucking questions about traffic delivery would be even better.
When your business model is based upon selling a product, and continuing to sell that product while building a solid relationship in which your customers continue to spend a large amount of money. Yes, you should have someone around who can at least answer some fucking questions once in a while. All I ask is 5 minutes of time with a rep in a seemingly timely manner. Which is apparently next to fucking impossible to get.
