Max in a mental case but I like him as my wacked out friend .. We've had good times .. I hope he gets out .. long and short of "obscenity" is that it SHOULD be based on community standards .. and knowing that he should NOT have shipped to a state that hated his content .. this is not a new issue .. we have always watched out about shipping content to states that have issues with whatever content we are shipping .. there are still states that have vibrator laws ... he is the owner of the company and liable for said companies actions ...
