I visited him in the Federal holding facility in downtown LA in early September. He was in good spirits, and was hoping his appeal would be successful. For a guy thrown in jail for doing something he didn't do, his attitude was remarkable.
I really doubt that any of the keyboard warriors in this thread could deal with the Kafkaesque situation Max has found himself in.
