Please do not confuse the two movements. You are more a general legalist hiding behind the guise of the medically needy. If I am wrong please show up your battle scars of what you have done that can be publically verified, or at least double checked against some of the real original movement people.
There is plenty wrong when people confuse the two. I personally have ZERO issue with full decriminalization of drugs but I do not confuse the medical movement with the decriminalization movement.
These quack doctors that are witting scripts for everyone, though still few will comply with actual CA law. The majority of these dispensaries as well are nothing but quasi legal dealer fronts.
They will only cause harm and public backlash once the busts do start rolling. Yes there are in the process of rolling out a lot of busts in CA right now - with Obama's support as they are illegal operations. I was allowed to read the DEA transcript/notice to the local sheriffs in our city, just told I could not have a copy. I can say it is a CA wide sweep.
