1. They have live chat on their site.
2. You can locate their ICQ numbers on here if you wish to look them up.
3. Phone support is always present and available.
4. Personal emails always work and are fast, so is the standard support email.
5. Why you hating?, saying they have no support when they offer more ways than just about anyone.
Other people - I have not seen a rise in my decline emails, thus no extra scrubbing but then again I rarely see this so called "scrubbing". I also am seeing a small increase in the number of successful rebills and initials. Guessing perhaps more people have money at the start of the month.
Anyone know what days unemployment pays on, I know when welfare, and social security pay already. Then typical jobs are on Fridays.
