so, i have to ask once again for an actual lawyer to comment..

how can a company, like Redtube, not allow a content owner to upload watermarked videos for free and still adhere to the Safe Harbor act.

If Redtube has the staff to review every video to check for watermarks, and disallow watermarks unless the submitter is paying for submissions, how can that same staff not review content for copyright infringement?

Is it possible for a class action lawsuit against Redtube and other tube sites that follow the same policy?
