Ouch that shit sucks
Had the bacterial one several years ago.
Main cause is holding your piss while sitting for long periods of time.
I am a pilot and flying long distance trips to get my license caused mine.
Talk about feeling like shit, first they thought I had some V.D.!!
Not sure what was worse being sick or thinking I got some fucked up pussy.
Sulfer drugs worked wonders and fixed me right up.
Now I always piss before I fly even if you don't have to go.
Bummer is once you get it you are more at risk to get it again and again.
