I agree Marke4a is a great client to deal with.
If you have sold links and have liabilites connected to domains those should be settled first by you ?.
Is it safe to buy any of the other domains ?? I would hate to recommend a domain to later find out such problems exsist ? or do you supply the buyer with full details of liability?......as you have some nice domains there.
