When there is no law you have an abundance of criminals making money under the guise of opportunists. Sort of like the old west.

What's needed are internet sheriffs to start hanging the horse thieves. Replace the saying "son is that your horse?" with "son is that your content/property?"

Until internet criminals start to face the same consequences as brick and mortar thieves there is no end in site.
