You really are an idiot. Just because the first year of a decade (which is ALWAYS 1980, 1990, 2000) has a 0 in it, doesn't mean it HAS a value of zero. It is actually 1 as far as the decade starting point ending with 9 which = 10.
See my simple math above that you seem unable to grasp.
Mind boggling. My kids can count to 10 without turning it into an 11 and when corrected thinking we are counting to 9. WTF! I would be embarrassed of myself if I were you.
