Retirement homes, centers, apartments etc. are about to be huge in places such as Mexico and will progress southward pretty quickly. People want to move somewhere where the standard of living is much higher than it is here versus the size of their pensions and such. Especially after taking a huge hit last year.

Watch as retired people flood south of the border. They are even a huge growing sector stateside.
