I have the idea, the domain name, the server, a designer, merchant account and promotion taken care of(that includes possible DVD distribution) but what I lack is the custom gay content.

Being that it requires extremely custom content, should I go with a long term contract and fork over the the cash or partner up with a gay content producer?

I have been arguing with myself over this for days.
