This San guy is not a REAL ibill rep or employee is he? I thought he was a "Rodrigo" just less amusing.
If he is legit, they are more of a disaster than I thought as his posts do more harm to that company's image than this thread ever could.
I am sure this has already been asked, but how can a company on one hand claim no repsonsibility or liability for the bad of the past, and at the same time BOLDLY on their website front page state:
