$20 Million is insane for any property. When you live in those kinds of homes you still only use the same 4 rooms as when you live in a normal house.
The bathroom.
The kitchen.
The bedroom.
And the TV room.
And the women get scared shitless being alone in them cause they give them the heebies at night the way little sounds echo through the rooms like there is someone in the house.
You can buy a gorgeous ultra luxurious 7,500 to 15,000 sq. ft sized one and it will be way more practical of a home to enjoy for $2-$3 Million. And you still won't use all the rooms at that size.
