We used the affiliate form as a template, so I missed some of the wording.
Just put the URL to the site.
I'm jotting down the bugs and problems and will be making adjustments.
Thanks for all the kind words. If people will signup and rate things, I think it will be a useful tool for a lot of webmasters.
