The title was a short summary of the contents of the post (that is how a title typically works). My initial post stated that the options are "buy insurance for $15,000 per year, pay a penalty tax of 2.5% of income or face a penalty of up to $250,000 and/or imprisonment of up to five years."
That is a correct statement and you have written nothing to refute it.
I am starting to realize I gave you too much credit when I assumed you could read with some amount of comprehension.
