that might the case for most people, but I will speak for myself thanks. I don't want to be a billionaire. I don't need the huge yacht. I could give a shit what I drive, and I don't need the million dollar home. I live modest always have. I have made more money than probably 99% of the people here but I bet 90% of the people here have nicer toys than me.
Not talking about a quick million but building wealth. When you have secure investments that go up in value each year plus generator a cash flow. The cash flow more than covers your living expenses. Money left over can be reinvested and/or used for fun. Continue to grow your wealth from the money generated from it, manage your investsments. Work if, when, and how much you want to. Take a week off or a year off. That is what I called retired.
