Not talking about a quick million but building wealth. When you have secure investments that go up in value each year plus generator a cash flow. The cash flow more than covers your living expenses. Money left over can be reinvested and/or used for fun. Continue to grow your wealth from the money generated from it, manage your investsments. Work if, when, and how much you want to. Take a week off or a year off. That is what I called retired.

I understand what you mean and it's smart move. But once you have the drive and momentum to make that kind of money, the drive never stops. Most rich guys don't have the nice cars, crazy home. They build wealth for security and to know they are set for the rest of their lives. It's not always about what you drive and where you live.
