No he isn't, because you will never ever see the fight. It's not in the best interest of either fighter to take the fight. If Brock takes the fight he risks getting smashed by Fedor and everybody saying "I told you so." If Fedor takes the fight he risks being dethroned by the new sensation. Neither one, nor their handlers, are about to take that risk with the money thats riding on the success of both fighters reputations. Neither one ewants to take the loss to the other.
