should workout anyway for the health of it not for what kind of bitch pulling potential it generates, thats just a side effect for some. ironically about the muscle thing, i'm lacking upper body since i run so much, 5mi in morning and 5mi in evening... have big action figure legs but my upper body and arms are not big at all. i dont think you can have big muscle and be a long distance runner/biker/cardio guy... i spend a good 4hrs a day at the gym and bike everywhere, hell some of yall have seen my sweaty ass roll up to conventions on a damn bike
