Not if you take aminos to prevent muscle breakdown. Like I said, I've gained over 60lbs and the bulk of it was in the last year and a half. It is true that lyposis doesn't being until after 15 minutes, but you gotta work to see results.

You need to be in ketose to lose fat and you won't get in ketose with eating carbs, at least a lot of them. If you do, you can do cardio every day for 2 hours and all you will lose is water and muscle. Cardio is fat burning myth for women, but at least a good one when looking at their other diets, which are pretty much retarded.
Again it's a combination of DIET and CARDIO, cardio is a myth for people who are too lazy to do it. Bust your ass doing a HIT training routine and eat properly and watch as the fat melts off twice as fast as just doing the diet aspect.

btw working out raises your metabolism for 24-48 hours after the excercise. Cardio pretty much just for the time you do it
That's totally false. Do a 45 minute cardio session and your metabolism will be raised long after you're done working out. Not sure who told you that.
