Thanks @ all for your suggestions, i will try a few of them.
I also have found watchme.com. Something like this with us amateurs would be great.
In germany we have so much amateur communities like privatamateure.com or mydirtyhobby.com wich converting very well but why in the us nobody recognizes the potential of such amateur communities ?
