That is a good question also
But the fact still remains, that it is ibill that owes the money, wether They are owed from Worldcom or not isnt ibills customers problem.
If I owe you $10.00 bucks and dont pay you, do you give a rats ass (or is it even pertinant) that some shmuck owes me money and thats why I didn't pay you??...
